After purchasing my wedding dress I soon came to the realization that it needed many alterations. After searching online for weeks I came across Nany Lamasat Bridal and gave them a try. Their prices were reasonable and their dedication to making my dress perfect was beyond my expectations. TL; DR - Go here for all of your dress alteration needs! Book early! Booking Appointments: Process was easy and quick via their website. If you prefer a phone appointment, they answer very quickly as well! The Process: I started the alteration process for my 2 dresses back in mid-January for my April wedding. I received my final dress today, March 21st, with great satisfaction. I recommend you get started early! The Appointments: I was able to bring 1-2 family members with me to my fitting. I think that's always a nice touch. I had the pleasure of working with Teresa. She is MORE THAN AMAZING. She would do her own fitting, measurements, and give recommendations. I did not feel like I was being pushed to get unnecessary work done at all with her. She's also super sweet. I also enjoy working with the support staff there. The Deliverable: My dresses exceeded my expectations. Everything looks so fitting and totally were done with love and care. You will not be disappointed. If there are some parts that you might be unsatisfied with, make sure to voice your concerns! Nany will take care of you. I will update review with photos after my wedding. I went to Nany Lamasat to have a mother of the bride dress altered that I ordered online. It came in FAR too large and I was very stressed that it would not be ready in time as my daughters wedding date was rapidly approaching. Nevine worked with me and put my mind at ease that the dress would be ready. Not only was the dress on time but it was perfect. This was quite the feat as there was a LOT of alterations to be made. Nevine was so kind every step of the way and very professional and personable. She handled my dress and also took care of a suit for my husband that looked great. This store and staff are 5 stars all the way around. Very large selection, very professional and dates promised were kept. If you're looking for someone that will assuredly handle your fitting and maintain their timeline, all the while providing a very personal touch.....this is the place. Nany did an amazing job with my wedding dress! The bridal boutique I got my dress from recommended Nany to me. I needed my dress altered from the top as the straps were too long & needed to be shortened, the dress needed to be bustled & hemmed on the bottom as well. She also took the dress in in the back so it could hug to my body more & flare out. This was done beautifully! They actually removed the embroidery on my dress to take it in & then put it right back. It looked completely untouched & seamless! My dress was mesh in the back & I wasn't fully comfortable so she added another lining of mesh to make it look more opaque to my skin tone. They're amazing! Now please note that this is NOT cheap. I had no idea how much bridal alterations were so I was in shock at the price. But the work was amazing nonetheless! Charging to See your item in order to give you a quote, is ridiculous and lacks morals. Not interested in a business who does this. I understand that people will waste your time here n there but that's the cost of doing business. I wouldn't charge my clients for handing them a pamphlet -trying to earn their business. It's just not right. Response to response: I was CLEARLY told by you, that you would charge to SEE the dress and a different charge IF I were to try it on. Be honest with potential customer.![Yelp]()

From day one, Nany has been so accommodating, kind, generous, and patient. My mom was the one who actually found her and thank God she did. We found a dress outside of Nany's business but desperately needed alterations to the dress two months from the wedding! The dress we brought to Nany did not fit me at all. I was worried about so many things besides the many alterations that would be needed, such as how to transport it safely and properly through customs (our wedding is outside of the country!). My mom was the person who did everything, from contacting Nany to driving out almost 100 miles to have this dress taken care of with her. We struggled with coordinating the scheduling between me and my mom but Nany was so kind to always offer alternatives or plans that would make our alterations process easier. It's important to note that Nany was also juggling many things including but not limited to her professional development, multiple weeks of travel, and family events but still made the time for us, especially during this holiday season (one day after Thanksgiving!). She was so understanding of the many hiccups that occurred in our scheduling due to traffic or work. She always communicated her intentions so clearly and even pointed out flaws in the dress that we hadn't even noticed before. As a client this really opened my eyes not only to how talented she is as an artist, but to her integrity as someone who cared to notice the little things. It made a huge difference. She transformed the dress we brought her from a serviceable wedding garment to something that felt like it was truly mine. I can't wait to share pictures when we have the wedding so you can see how talented she is (if her many stellar reviews haven't already done so). As you can tell I have nothing but positive things to say about this kind and talented person. I came to Nany with a wedding dress emergency literally a week before my wedding. I had purchased my dress from a boutique and was anxious and terrified of all the pending tasks my dress needed but Nany and her staff formulated a plan and delivered my dream dress, just in time for my wedding. They transformed my wedding dress in such a short amount of time. Nany and her staff are more than kind, patient, and comforting and continued to reassure me that my dress was going to be nothing less than perfect. Hands down the BEST custom seamstress!!! Mrs. Nany and her staff are very professional, loving and kind! Nany is an extremely talented designer! She created a custom dress for me and also for my twin daughters to match. I simply showed her a picture of what I wanted and she worked her magic like my own personal fairy godmother creating my Cinderella gown, she tailored my dress to fit my body! My experience with her was amazing and I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to have a custom gown made for a special occasion. She personally picked my fabric and it was of the best quality!
